Joe Killino joined H.R. Connect in 2003 bringing over 30 years of human resources experience with focus and expertise in the benefits and compensation field. His expertise provided the guidance to a major international manufacturer working in both union and non-union settings as well as dealing with mergers and acquisitions.

Jack Siplak, prior to joining H.R. Connect had over 30 years experience as an HR Generalist and Corporate Trainer for major domestic and international firms. This background has led to the development of highly customized training programs now offered by H.R. Connect.
